The new year is quickly approaching, which of course means that it will be time to find plans for New Year’s Eve. As always, Chicago offers no shortage of options. Here are just three of the exciting things going on about town:
Chi-town Rising—a brand new event (though the founders are already aspiring to make it a tradition), Chi-town Rising will feature bands (American Authors and Chicago have confirmed their attendance) playing on 3 stages, all ending with fireworks over the Chicago river. The event is already claiming a projected attendance of 100,000. More info here.
Chicago Resolution Gala—now in its 4th year, and taking place in the Grand Ballroom and Lakeview Terrace at Navy Pier, the Chicago Resolution Gala features over 30 bars, buffet stations, and 4 live DJ’s. More info here.
Rock Around the Clock—taking place at the Hard Rock Cafe in River North, this event will have live DJs, and will go much later than the others, ending at 4am. This will likely make it the after-party location for many other events around the city. More info here.
