As part of the state recognized essential services, all contracted management efforts will continue in line with Board directive, as well as local, state and federal guidelines.
These services include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating contractors, janitorial, scavenger, maintenance, security, and all other essential staff according to each individual building’s requirements.
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and resident requests, backend administrative and accounting functions, etc.
Hales Property Management would like to thank all property managers, team members, contractors and personnel who continue to provide around the clock service during this time.
At this point, we have not been notified of any restrictions or service interruptions to any of our building’s contractual services, however if circumstances change and it will not be possible to complete service as scheduled, we will notify Owners immediately and do our best to procure alternate services and/or resume normal service as soon as possible.
Please be reminded that all non-emergency requests are required to be submitted through our web-portal. We appreciate your patience if you have experienced longer than normal wait times for such requests, and assure you that we are prioritizing each request as quickly as possible.
In addition, our emergency call line is still available 24/7 for emergency requests only. Residents should contact 911 immediately for any life-safety emergencies.
