Here’s a look ahead at all the festivals coming up for Summer 2016.

Wishing all the Moms out there a very happy Mother’s Day!
Also, in observance of the upcoming Memorial Day, our offices will be closed from 1PM on Friday May 27th and will reopen on Tuesday May 31st at 8:30AM. The online portal will continue to be available 24/7 for any non emergency requests.
We will then be initiating our summer hours schedule beginning May 31st which will be Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM until 5:00PM and Fridays, 8:30AM until 1PM.
Spring Grilling Season: 3 Tips for Safety
As the temperatures warm, you’ll likely want to get outside and do some grilling on your building’s deck, patio, or roof deck. Follow these 3 tips for improved safety this grilling season:

Follow your association’s guidelines. The rules are there for your and building’s safety, and they should be followed at all times. For example, certain exterior parts of the building may be made out of materials that make it unsafe to grill in their vicinity.

Follow proper grill placement. Ideally, the grill should be at least 5 feet away from any building walls or structures.

Follow basic grilling safety precautions. Remember the basic grilling rules, such as never leaving a hot grill unattended, and not operating a grill if you’re seriously impaired.
